Thank you for your purchase at Velmira Kitchen.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must be returned in its original packaging to the return address we provide.

Please do not return your purchase to our manufacturers or suppliers.

Order modifications and cancellations

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation. Sale items and promotional items may be excluded from cancellation.

After this time, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment. Therefore, no modification or cancellation can be guaranteed after 24 hours.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

When contacting us by email, please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used when placing the order

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the damaged item, packaging, or missing contents where applicable

Example scenarios

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us so we can review the situation with the carrier.

If the postal service or carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, including a specific date, time, and delivery location, we may not be responsible for missing items after delivery.

If the carrier cannot confirm delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund where applicable.

If the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer, but the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery issue. However, we will always do our best to assist you. In some cases, we may be able to offer a replacement at a discounted price, at the discretion of our customer support team.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you believe you made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@velmirakitchen.com so we can try to update it before the order is processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase. Once processed, the refund usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

If you purchased your product as part of a free shipping promotion, you may still be responsible for the return shipping costs.
