“In how long will my order arrive?”
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times can be 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for worldwide delivery, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
From time to time, we may offer special promotions with priority shipping, for example, delivery in 3 to 8 days. You can find the estimated shipping times in the description of each item, as delivery times may vary from one product to another.

Velmira Kitchen partners with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to offer carefully selected kitchen products at accessible prices.
This means your order may be shipped from different locations depending on the product and availability. Our shipping methods may include local postal services and courier partners such as USPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers, depending on the destination country.
Because we ship directly from our fulfillment partners and many of our products may be in high demand, delivery of your item may take 1 to 3 weeks. If you purchase different items, you may receive multiple packages.
Don’t worry if your order does not arrive immediately. We provide a tracking number with every order once it has been shipped.
