The block combines a solid acacia wood insert with a powder-coated carbon steel frame and a non-slip base. The blades are German stainless steel with seamless stainless steel handles.
How should I clean it?+
Wash the blades by hand with warm water and dry them straight away β it protects both the edge and the handle finish. Wipe the block with a damp cloth; do not submerge the wooden insert.
Is it genuine, and is there a warranty?+
Yes. The set arrives with its warranty card and certificate, and the warranty period is two years.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?+
Shipping is free on every order. Each set is prepared and quality-checked in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 5 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number as soon as it is on its way. Order more than one item and they may arrive in separate parcels.
Will I pay customs or import charges?+
No. Duties and taxes are already covered β there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel is delivered. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
What if it arrives damaged, or something is missing?+
Email support@velmirakitchen.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or the packaging. We review it and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution. We usually reply within 1 to 3 hours, and always within 24 hours.
Can I return it, or change my order?+
Yes β you have 30 days from delivery, and we pay the return postage. The set needs to be unused and in its original packaging, returned to the address we send you. Changed your mind before it ships?
